Above is a 4 week plan of what I will do for my final project. On week 1 it was all about planning and reflecting, on week 2 I was planning for research/ development and problem, on week 3 I started talking about creating my final piece and how I will create my final piece, and last but not least I planned for week 4 and that is about my evaluation and reflection, what I started to talk about when was asked is when you do a evaluation for something you have to talk about the positive things and negative things about the project you've done.
Moodboard based on horror:

For my mood board I decided to do a horror based theme and for it, I surrounded the outside with loads of horror books and in the background I decided to add something that gave me a reminder of something that is from a horror film.
Mind map- horror

Stephen King research:

As you can see above is some research about Stephen King. On this research I have mainly focused on his date of birth, place of birth, books, what genres he's known for, how many books he's published, how many novels he's written, the movies he's produced, the author that inspired him, how he decided he wanted to become a author and the reason he took writing books so seriously.
Screenshots:

On this screenshot above, is my heading and sub heading. The heading is 'Stephen King' and the sub heading is 'his three favorite books'
This is my mind map for my final major project. I have decided to do my mind map based on a theme of horror and on this mind map I have added things that remind me of horror, the things that remind me of horror are horror books, horror movies, abandoned houses etc, etc. My final choice I chose was horror books.
Book research:

On this screenshot above is my design for what my double page magazine spread for my final major project. What I have done so far is add my heading and sub heading, his three favorite books which were It, the shining and the stand and I will write a bit about each book as well as I will do a brief description of the author Stephen King.

On this screenshot above, I'm talking about the first book I decided to review and that book was IT, I talked a bit about the origin of the story, the characters, the awards it won and got a nomination for, the major theme or themes throughout the books, what Stephen King main inspiration into writing this book was about and when the book was published.

On this screenshot above, I start talking about the second book I chose and that book was the stand. As I did for the first book which was It I chose to review this book and write about when it was published, a background behind the book, the characters and the theme Stephen King chose to focus on while writing this book.
As you can see above is some book research. For this research I've chosen three books that I am going to do more research into, the three books which I chose was the books it, the shining and the stand. What I done was talk about the day the books were published, whether the novels won awards or were nominated for awards, I also talked about the main themes in the three books I chose and talked about the characters.
Final magazine article:

As you can see above, is my final design for my double page magazine spread. What I went on and talked when doing this double page magazine spread is the author, the three books and the themes which surrounded the three books, added pictures of all three books and the author, as well as that I added a picture of myself.
Magazine articles that didn't quite make the cut:

On this screenshot above, I start talking about the third and final book I chose to review for my double page magazine spread and that was the book the shining. I chose to write about when there book was published, how it was his third novel he ever wrote, what it was based off, the varieties of different themes which were used and the characters in the book.

On this screenshot above, I started to talk a bit about the author which is Stephen King. On this I wrote about his date of birth, what are his favorites genres are and why he uses them in his books, I also started to write about how his books/ novels have turned into movies which everyone watches, how he wrote 82 books, 62 novels, 5 non fiction books and 200 short stories, the authors who inspired Stephen King and why he started to write books.
Final major project screenshots:

On these two screenshots is what my final piece will look like. Screenshot 1 is the one with just the research and the pictures of the books and authors, screenshot 2 is the final piece that I'm going to use for the examiners to mark.

Above is the three magazine articles that didn't exactly make it as my final magazine article. The reason why these two magazine articles didn't make it as my final piece is because the text and photos that I added to it is too close to the edge I also hav to add my own photo to my final magazine article .
What I can do to improve all that is move both the text and photos away from the edge and take my own photo and add it to my final magazine spread.
Room for improvement:

Yesterday we done some peer assessment and we done this on a post it note, someone wrote done 2 positives and 2 negatives. I'll be focusing on the 2 negatives which were my writing was too mashed up together and it is very hard to read it, and the second thing they said I can improve on was my titles as they aren't big enough and its hard to understand.
What I can do moving forward what I can improve on is starting to turn the negatives into positives. The two negatives that I have to improve on is my writing because it is too mashed up and it's very hard for people who assess my work to read so my writing will be spaced out and more clearer so the examiner can read it. The second thing I've been told to improve on is my titles, I have been told they aren't big enough, hard to understand and that they blend in with the work a it's the same size font, what I am going to do to improve this is make the titles throughout my entire projects which I've done bigger and not the same size as my research.
